Arlington Birth Support
Prenatal guidance, postpartum support & trusted resources for growing families
Â

Begin Your Journey
My goal is to provide prenatal education and guidance that helps reduce anxiety, answer questions, and build confidence, along with postpartum sessions to process the birth experience and connect families with resources such as postpartum doulas, pelvic floor physical therapy, lactation support, or mental health services as requested.

I aim to complement the care provided by your healthcare team by helping mothers feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout the perinatal period. I want to bridge the gap between medicine and the emotional and practical needs of pregnancy and early parenthood to promote perinatal mental health and strengthen parent-infant bonding.

Andrea helped me process an unexpected induction and then emergency c-section during my first delivery, attended a prenatal appointment with me during my second pregnancy, and then was able to support me prentally while I decided whether or not I wanted to try for a VBAC or schedule a c-section. She offered non-judgmental information, listened and was able to ease my concerns and questions about the previous c-section when my partner and I couldn't remember all the details of what had happened. She also helped me think about questions to ask my provider that could help me make the choice that was best for me and my baby. It was like having an unbiased, informed and comforting sister by my side!

Andrea is amazing and kind. Her presence is so peaceful that she made me feel less nervous and anxious about labor and delivery. Andrea's techniques helped to ease the pain...It was an incredible experience to have her by my side, she helped me to get through it.

Andrea was a great support for me during my first pregnancy. As a first-time mother, I actually needed someone who could guide me to prepare for the hard times. Even in postpartum, she supported me whenever I asked any favor. I am thankful for her always.Â
